Mayflower Knit Dishcloth Pattern

Just right to wash those Thanksgiving dishes! This knit dishcloth design is a picture of the Pilgrims’ ship, the Mayflower. The ship is two masted with four slightly squared sails.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
The design is nearly symmetrical, but lefty knitters may need to make adjustments depending on their knitting style and preferences for the arrangement of the sails.
