Hedgehog Knit Dishcloth Pattern

This adorable hedgehog looks like he’s about to waddle off the dishcloth! Every detail is perfect, from his little feet, cute nose, and prickly back.
The pattern is a bit more intricate than some of my other designs. For a portion of it, you will need to count and pay attention on every row, rather than every other row.
The design is not symmetrical, so adjustments may be needed by lefty knitters if it matters which way he faces.
The picture is created in garter stitch and double moss stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
